Wedding Planners In Ibiza

Some of the Ibiza Wedding Planners I have worked with.

I often get asked by couples coming to get married in Ibiza about wedding planners on the island. Who are the best? Who do I recommend?

For a couple getting married abroad, I can imagine it is quite a difficult decision. Making sure they get a good match, who sees their vision and that they can trust. Especially if you don’t speak the language. In the end they will be helping with choosing every detail, from the venue and catering to photographers, videographers, makeup and hair specialists, DJs, entertainers, florists, the list is endless.

I know some may believe that it is a simple task, if they are organized themselves, maybe even easier but it is not. I have watched brides and grooms with their perfect to the minute planned day, excel experts, get stressed and overwhelmed. Timings start to go wrong, suppliers don’t turn up and well someone did not tell them that moving 50 or 100 people from one place or space of  the same venue, to another does not happen in the five minute slot they allocated. Perfect wedding planning does not always pan out that way!

Once I even thought (for a milli second), with the amount of wedding I have been to, I could be a wedding planner, I know how the day works, I can see the timings that fit, I know all the suppliers. BUT NO there are professional and they are professionals for a reason. I could not do that job. Wedding Angles is what they should be called.

They get the suppliers right. They know who works well with who. They know who is reliable and will get the job right. They have the timing packed to perfection. They very nicely move non responsive guests or slow coming food or late bands, quietly smoothly and professionally.

For all you  couples getting ready for their Ibiza wedding, if you are planning a small or very big wedding, honestly working with a professional planner really will make your day a ton easier and ensure that you and your guests will have a more joyous, relaxed and fun day. Not having to worry about all those details you have spent the last year planning

Over the years of being a wedding photographer here in Ibiza, these are the best wedding planners I and my team of photographers have been lucky enough to work with. we are also very appreciated to be recommended by them too. ( like every supplier on the island now, there are more, but these are the ones I know best, I have worked with over the last 20 years!) Go give them a follow and chexk out their stunning work.
